Senior Manager, Marketing Measurement & Decision Science (Remote)

Role Specific Information Job Description About the Role As Senior Manager, Marketing Measurement & Decision Science, you will set strategy, roadmap and serve as directive lead to create best-in-class personalized experiences for Kohl’s customers through use of advanced analytics geared towards diagnostics, customer level 1:1 modeling, as well as in-market testing. What You’ll Do Lead team that uses big data and advanced analytical techniques to optimize customer engagement and lifetime value Use customer level 1:1 analysis/modeling for targeting initiatives Play the lead role in consolidating learnings towards personalization initiatives that help make data based targeting more powerful over time Partner with Marketing, Pricing, Digital, Merchandising, and Store leadership to identify learning opportunities, design experiments, measure results, and scale successful initiatives Oversee flawless activation of tests, ensuring essential model runs, segmentation and timelines are provided to key stakeholders Ensure relevant analytics assets and tests are documented and that any insights are captured Partner with Technology teams to implement the flawless roll-out of modeling solutions in production Act as main liaison with business partners in Personalization, Customer Strategy and Media teams to identify use-cases for modeling projects, and optimize model usage to drive highest business impact Foster a high-performing team environment by developing talent, providing coaching and feedback, and building strong partnerships across the organization Manage multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment while leveraging strong communication, storytelling, and data visualization skills Additional tasks may be assigned What Skills You Have Required Master’s Degree in quantitative areas such as Applied Mathematics, data science or related field 7+ years of relevant analytics experience 4+ years of leadership experience or oversight of a team Proficient in Python for modeling and SQL for data manipulation Experience with developing and scaling predictive models and optimization algorithms for marketing use cases (retail preferred) Strong understanding of experimentation design and causal inference (A/B testing, test-and-learn frameworks) Advanced proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods and translating data into actionable insights Preferred Ph.D. in hard sciences, computer science, engineering, or other applicable field Ability to influence, collaborate and partner with teams and leaders across an organization Experience with cutting edge frameworks such as AgentAI, Deep Learning Essential Functions The requirements listed below are representative of functions you will be required to perform, however you may be required to perform additional functions.
