About the role: As our Senior Manager Procurement Strategy & Transformation , you'll serve as the strategic right hand to our Executive Director Procurement , driving the execution of our strategic agenda across countries. You'll lead high-priority initiatives, prepare executive decision-making materials, coordinate cross-functional programs, and ensure alignment across teams and markets. By combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, you'll help shape a high-performing, future-ready procurement organization. About your tasks: Drive the continuous improvement and standardization of strategic procurement processes, governance, and best practices. Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with teams across Procurement, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Commercial, Operations, Controlling, and BI to optimize ways of working. Harmonize procurement processes, KPIs, reporting, and governance across countries to enable scalable and consistent operations. Manage strategic procurement, transformation, and continuous improvement projects from concept to implementation. Support the development and execution of our Procurement roadmap and key strategic initiatives. Prepare business cases, presentations, and decision-making materials for executive stakeholders. About you: You hold a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Economics, or a related field. You bring 2-4 years of experience in Strategic Procurement, Procurement Excellence, Procurement Transformation, Supply Chain, or a similar role. You have experience in an international, fast-paced environment - ideally within Retail, E-Commerce, or Healthcare. A background in management consulting with a focus on Procurement or Operations is highly preferred. You combine strong analytical and conceptual thinking with excellent project management and organizational skills. You are a proactive, hands-on professional who enjoys driving change, building scalable structures, and collaborating with stakeholders across functions and countries. You are confident using Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI, ERP, or Procurement systems is a clear advantage. You communicate fluently in both German and English.
