Senior Manager, Product Marketing

The Senior Manager, Product Marketing is a senior individual contributor within Greenway Health’s Product Strategy Organization (PSO) responsible for defining, defending, and operationalizing Greenway’s market-facing product value. This role owns Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definition, persona and buying committee insight, positioning, messaging architecture, quantified value frameworks, competitive narrative, win/loss intelligence, objection insight, and lifecycle storytelling across the product portfolio. This position serves as the source of truth for product value, market positioning, and competitive differentiation. The role ensures Greenway has a single, consistent, evidence-based value story across Product, Technology, Commercial, Marketing, Customer Success, and Analyst channels. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Senior Manager is expected to operate with high autonomy, executive presence, and strong cross-functional influence. This is an individual contributor role with no people-management accountability. Success requires the ability to set direction, create durable frameworks, synthesize customer and competitive signals, influence Product and Technology decisions, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for roadmap, pricing, packaging, launch readiness, and value realization.
