Senior Manager, Project

I. Job Summary Oversees the planning, execution, and completion of larger and more complex marketing projects. Works in a matrixed environment and will own and manage a multitude of concurrent projects. Communicates project status to leadership and will ultimately be responsible for project success. Acts as a brand steward to ensure enterprise compliance with brand standards. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Owns and drives all project activities, applying project methodologies and enforcing project standards, to ensure quality and successful on-time, on-budget delivery of their project(s). Under supervision of leadership, assembles project teams, assigns individual responsibilities, develops project schedules and determines and acquires resources needed. Communicate and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring all communications and materials align with the brands identity and values. Acts as liaison between marketing/business stakeholders and leadership on project status, issues and risks. Supports the execution of promotional activities including digital, print, electronic media, trade show, direct mail signage. Interfaces with partners and boundary organizations to reach agreement on scope, obtain resources and ensure proper preparedness. Monitors processes and procedures to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives, recommending improvements and strategies. Reviews and evaluates work to ensure quality, timeliness and adherence to organizational policies and procedures. III. Qualifications A. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or similar area of study or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience. 5 years of project management experience (in addition to education requirement).
