Senior Manager, Revenue Operations - Data & Insights at Tripleseat is a pivotal leadership role responsible for building and scaling the data infrastructure, reporting systems, and analytical capabilities that power go-to-market decision-making. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to deliver trusted insights, drive forecast accuracy, and accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong cross-functional influence, and a track record of turning complex data into clear, actionable strategy. This position is open to remote candidates eligible to work in the United States. Week 1 of onboarding is in-person, based out of our Concord, MA office. A hybrid work schedule will be offered if the ideal candidate is based near our Concord, MA office. Additional travel may be required for meetings, company events, and training. What You'll Own • Design and maintain a centralized, scalable reporting and analytics infrastructure that serves as the single source of truth for GTM performance metrics across Sales and Marketing • Lead forecasting, pipeline analytics, and scenario planning processes in close partnership with Sales leadership and Finance to drive predictable revenue outcomes • Evaluate, implement, and optimize predictive AI and automation tools that enhance GTM team efficiency and decision-making • Oversee data integrity, hygiene, and enrichment across core systems, including CRM and third-party data platforms, to ensure consistent and reliable reporting • Build and manage a high-performing team of analysts and operations professionals, providing coaching, development opportunities, and clear direction • Define and govern the metrics frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards used by GTM and Finance leaders to measure business performance • Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, and Finance to align on priorities, surface insights, and influence strategic decisions • Drive continuous improvement of operational processes through data-driven analysis and a test-and-learn mindset • Other related duties as assigned What You'll Bring • 7-10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, or Data & Insights roles within B2B SaaS or technology environments • Proven experience building trusted, reliable reporting functions that serve both Sales Operations and Marketing Operations stakeholders • Strong command of Salesforce, including Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent hands-on experience • Expertise with BI tools including Looker, Tableau, and Salesforce Analytics/Einstein • Experience with data enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo, Datalane, Apollo, or comparable platforms • Demonstrated success in forecasting, scenario planning, and pipeline analytics at scale • Ability to evaluate and implement predictive AI and automation tools for GTM teams • Strong credibility with GTM leaders and Finance, with a track record of partnering cross-functionally to influence outcomes • Experience building and coaching high-performing teams in a hands-on leadership capacity The salary range for this role is $165,000 to $185,000 annually. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skill set, geographic location, and alignment with our internal compensation framework.
