Own roadmap execution with accountability for scope, dependencies, timelines, quality, risks, and measurable outcomes while balancing delivery speed with product and customer stability. Communicate technical direction, delivery status, dependencies, trade-offs, and risks clearly to engineering, product, support, and executive stakeholders. Build, lead, and develop high-performing engineering teams; set clear expectations and foster a culture of ownership, customer empathy, collaboration, inclusion, innovation, and continuous learning. Customer-centric mindset with a strong understanding of enterprise software reliability, usability, supportability, and lifecycle expectations. Ability to connect product strategy, solution architecture, engineering execution, and customer outcomes. Exceptional problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
