We’re looking for a Senior Manual QA Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you'll ensure product quality by designing and executing comprehensive tests, uncovering issues before they reach production, and collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other QA professionals. If you enjoy digging into complex systems, finding edge cases, and improving product reliability, you’ll feel right at home.

• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Perform functional, regression, exploratory, smoke, and end-to-end testing
• Validate product features, APIs, UI/UX, integrations, and backend workflows
• Perform API testing using Postman
• Execute performance tests using JMeter
• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and QA peers to reproduce issues and drive resolutions
• Ensure proper maintenance of test environments and configurations

• Review business requirements, technical specifications, and user stories to ensure clarity and testability
• Take part in Agile ceremonies: planning, grooming, reviews, retrospectives
• Perform root-cause analysis and propose improvements
• Support continuous enhancement of QA best practices, standards, and workflows
• Advocate for product quality across engineering teams

• 4–5+ years of hands-on experience in manual software testing
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and industry best practices
• Solid experience in API testing using Postman
• Practical experience with JMeter for performance testing
• Proficiency in testing REST APIs, web applications, and backend services
• Strong ability to write clear and comprehensive test cases and test plans
• Experience with defect-tracking tools like Jira
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
• Strong communication skills in English
• Experience working in fast-paced, highly collaborative teams

• Experience with automation frameworks: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright
• Experience testing mobile apps (Appium, BrowserStack, real devices)
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and basic backend validation
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git, Bitbucket)
• Experience with tools like TestRail or similar test management systems
• Background in commodity trading, logistics, or supply chain is a plus
