Senior Manual QA Engineer at BairesDev

As a Senior Manual QA Engineer, you will ensure the highest quality of our software products through meticulous test planning and comprehensive execution. You will act as a key advocate for product excellence, identifying defects early and verifying that new updates maintain system stability without impacting existing functionality.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute detailed test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of new features.
• Perform manual, regression, and exploratory testing across user interfaces and APIs to catch edge-case bugs.
• Document and track software defects clearly, collaborating with developers to accelerate resolution.
• Validate system behavior against functional requirements to safeguard the end-user experience.
• Leverage basic test automation concepts and align testing activities with modern delivery pipelines.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Manual Testing, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in test planning, creating detailed test cases, and executing manual, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with API and UI validation, defect tracking, and clear documentation.
• Good exposure to test automation concepts and integration within CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
