About This Role
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across marketing initiatives by transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that enhance customer engagement, campaign performance, and business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Analyse large marketing datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and performance insights
- Build dashboards and reports to support campaign effectiveness tracking
- Partner with marketing stakeholders to define KPIs and measure outcomes
- Deliver actionable insights to optimise customer journeys and campaign strategies
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives
Who You Are
- Experienced in data analysis within a marketing or business environment
- Proficient in data visualisation and analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
- Comfortable working with large datasets and translating insights into clear recommendations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a structured and analytical mindset Committed to continuous learning and improvement
