We're looking for a commercially minded Senior Marketing Manager to join our consultancy and lead a portfolio of clients across growth strategy, HubSpot implementation and website projects.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving business problems, building scalable solutions and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement growth strategies for clients.
• Lead HubSpot implementation and optimisation projects.
• Manage website and digital projects from discovery through to delivery.
• Work directly with business owners and leadership teams to solve commercial challenges.
• Coordinate internal specialists to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

About you

You'll bring experience in consulting, marketing or digital transformation, along with:

• Strong commercial and strategic thinking.
• Experience implementing and optimising HubSpot.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• A systems mindset and a passion for improving how businesses operate.
• The ability to manage multiple clients, projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with confidence working directly with senior stakeholders.
