Are you looking to accelerate your career without having to hide your authentic self - a place where you can be you? A career that’s making a bigger impact on the world? At OneDigital, we are on a mission to help people do their best work and live their best lives. From the services we offer to the way we show up for each other each day, we are fueling dreams, achieving big goals, and embracing each other’s truest selves. We understand that pursuing a new job is a big deal. Maybe you’re afraid you won’t fit in. Well, here’s the good news. For us, the days of “fit in to get in” are over and being different is not a barrier to getting ahead. Greatness comes in all shapes, sizes, colors, and experience levels. If you are looking for a people-first culture that is wired for growth, driven to serve, and totally committed to having your back, give us a shot. Your best life awaits. Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship. We kindly ask that external recruiters, agencies, and search firms do not contact our hiring managers or employees directly regarding open positions. All candidate submissions must go through our official application process and must be made aware to our internal Talent Acquisition team to verify candidate ownership. Unsolicited resumes or candidate profiles sent to OneDigital without a prior signed agreement will be considered the property of OneDigital. In such cases, OneDigital reserves the right to pursue and hire those candidates without any financial obligation to the agency or recruiter. Our Newest Opportunity: The Senior Marketing Manager, Executive Benefits helps accelerate growth across our Financial Services and Executive Benefits practice. This role blends hands-on marketing execution with advisor-facing growth enablement: they drive key initiatives across website, social, and content while partnering closely with advisors and consultants to support pipeline development, sharpen positioning, and equip teams with high-impact sales enablement tools. This role also act as a bridge between national strategy and field execution — helping advisors adopt and activate the campaigns, tools, and best practices built for the practice, rather than recreating them. The Senior Marketing Manager, Executive Benefits is a persuasive storyteller and compliance-savvy communicator who can make complex executive benefits concepts clear, compelling, and compliant. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Executive Benefits Growth Execution Execute integrated marketing initiatives that advance executive benefits growth priorities, increase market visibility, and support advisor business development across employer and executive audiences. Partner with practice leadership, advisors, consultants, and cross-functional marketing teammates to translate business goals into campaigns, content, and advisor-facing growth programs with measurable outcomes. Develop high-quality, compliant content — thought leadership, articles, campaign copy, presentations, one- pagers, case studies, email copy, and advisor collateral — that makes complex executive benefits and nonqualified plan topics clear and relevant for employers, HR/finance stakeholders, and executive participants. Help move strategic growth initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring alignment among messaging, audience, timing, compliance review, and distribution channels. Monitor campaign, content, and engagement performance, using insights to refine messaging, improve conversion, and strengthen ROI. Growth Enablement & Advisor Partnership Serve as a strategic marketing partner to advisors and consultants, helping convert practice priorities into targeted growth plans, campaigns, and enablement resources. Provide pipeline consulting support by helping advisors organize target-market efforts, shape prospecting narratives, align messaging to buyer needs, and support follow-up strategies. Build, refresh, and maintain sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, playbooks, talking points, competitive positioning, email templates, and FAQs. Create repeatable, scalable growth resources advisors can use consistently across the sales cycle — from first meetings and discovery to plan education and strategy discussions. Drive adoption of national campaigns, tools, and best practices within the executive benefits field — helping advisors activate what has already been built rather than recreating it, and surfacing successful local practices worth scaling. Provide visibility into executive benefits pipeline and campaign activity by monitoring engagement and adoption patterns, surfacing execution gaps, and informing where marketing investment has the greatest impact. Facilitate cross-practice connections — identifying convergence opportunities across Retirement, Wealth, and Employee Benefits and enabling warm introductions that deepen client relationships. Develop feedback loops with advisors and internal partners to continuously improve enablement content, usability, and speed to market, and track asset usage to identify what best supports pipeline progression. Digital Marketing & Brand Presence Support ongoing website updates and content management for executive benefits pages, landing pages, and resource libraries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, SEO/AEO value, and a strong user experience. Manage and optimize the practice's social media presence (with a LinkedIn focus), including editorial planning, compliant post development, publishing, and performance tracking. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to improve digital discoverability, strengthen thought leadership distribution, and support lead-generation pathways. Maintain digital content governance standards — including version control, disclosure consistency, and coordination with compliance review, approval, and books-and-records workflows. Qualifications, Skills and Requirements: Direct experience with executive benefits, nonqualified deferred compensation (NQDC), and related executive compensation concepts. Proven sales enablement expertise — creating and governing collateral, playbooks, pitch/RFx materials, and educational positioning resources for advisor and sales teams. Demonstrated ability to execute multi-channel programs that drive advisor engagement, pipeline movement, and measurable commercial outcomes. Strong understanding of financial services marketing compliance, including FINRA rules, SEC marketing/advertising concepts, disclosures, and approval workflows. Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and project management skills, with the ability to make complex topics clear and actionable for multiple audiences. Ability to thrive in a remote environment while collaborating effectively across functions, teams, and priorities. Familiarity in one or more of the following: retirement, wealth management, RIA, broker-dealer, or advisory. Experience marketing to employer decision-makers, executive audiences, or highly compensated employee populations. Field marketing or growth-enablement experience — driving adoption of national campaigns and tools, working across stakeholders without direct authority, and translating enterprise strategy into consistent local execution. Familiarity with compliance review tools and project/collaboration tools Preferred Tools and Platform Experience Sales Enablement: Seismic Marketing Automation: Constant Contact, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar CMS / Website: Optimizely, WordPress, or similar CRM: Salesforce or similar Social & Design: LinkedIn, Facebook, Canva, Adobe Analytics: Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar Education, Training and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or a related field — or equivalent experience. 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience, with meaningful experience in financial services marketing. NQPC Certification required within first year of employment The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $85,000 to $95,000 per year .
