Salary Range: $135,000.00 To $155,000.00 Annually Reporting to the Executive Director, Global Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager, US Commercial plays a key role in tactical implementation of the potential launch of MOLBREEVI* TM (molgramostim inhalation solution), an investigational therapy for treating autoimmune pulmonary alveolar proteinosis (aPAP). This role is critical in guiding the development and implementation of the US Brand Plan to ensure a successful market introduction. The position focuses on executing innovative and impactful initiatives for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients, managing the marketing mix, and collaborating cross-functionally with various departments to meet brand and company objectives. Responsibilities Under the guidance of the Executive Director, Global Marketing, assist in developing the strategic US brand plan for MOLBREEVI, including market opportunity identification, market-shaping, positioning, messaging, campaign development, and segmentation Optimize Disease State Awareness campaigns to increase market impact Collaborate with opinion leaders and cross-functional teams to develop and gain approval for core promotional programs and tactics, ensuring launch readiness Lead commercial execution at key conferences, society meetings, and educational initiatives Contribute to the design and development of exceptional patient services and specialty pharmacy programs Create and implement marketing and sales training materials Develop and execute print, digital, and social media tactics for both HCPs and patients Serve as a brand expert with deep knowledge of disease state, treatment landscape, patient journey, and market trends Oversee partners to ensure strategic alignment and timely, budget-compliant execution of programs and tactics Ensure all Medical Legal Regulatory (MLR) review processes are followed, and all programs are compliant with legal guidance and corporate policies Serve as the primary coordinator for Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review, managing workflows and timelines while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure all materials and programs meet legal, regulatory, and corporate compliance standards. Manage funds and resources efficiently and with an entrepreneurial approach Other duties and projects as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required 5+ years pharma/biotech industry experience required HCP and/or patient marketing experience required Commercial launch experience required; rare disease commercial launch experience strongly preferred Demonstrated experience in driving performance and fostering collaboration Ability to embrace teamwork and project management within a collaborative environment Demonstrated analytical skills with regards to market research and key business insights Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to effectively drive performance Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to move nimbly between strategic thinking and tactical details to execute with excellence Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Experience in managing external partners (e.g., consultants, vendors, agencies, etc.) Proven ability to develop exceptional relationships and have an impact on others Experience working in a start-up and/or mid-cap sized company highly desired Location and Travel This role is remote within the US and requires availability to work US Eastern Time Zone. Occasional travel may be required to the Yardley office, conferences, or other events, up to 25% of the time.
