OUR PURPOSE AT PLANCRAFT Building the backbone of European trades – together, with modern software and smart AI solutions. We don’t just develop software – we’re on a mission to give tradespeople and contractors more room to focus on what matters. We do this by providing a practical SaaS solution that works the way they do: fast, efficient, and without unnecessary administrative overhead. Supported by smart AI features exactly where they make a real difference in everyday work. Backed by Tier 1 investors from Europe and the US such as Headline and Creandum, and with more than 30,000 craftspeople as our customer base, we are scaling across Europe to turn individual, scattered businesses into connected and successful communities. We believe in zero admin, not zero personality – and we build every feature with the people wearing safety boots in mind, not suits. We’re excited to shape the future together as a team, staying grounded in our mission to empower the builders and makers of tomorrow. YOUR MISSION AT PLANCRAFT As our Senior Marketing Operations Manager (f/m/d) with a MarTech and attribution focus, you build and own plancraft's marketing measurement and technology layer. This is a hands-on build role. You design and implement the tracking, attribution, and analytics yourself. You build the infrastructure that shows which channels and campaigns actually drive pipeline and revenue, across our markets. You make the numbers trustworthy and the stack scale. You work close to the Data team on clean, governed data, and close to Marketing on what the numbers need to answer. Your Responsibilities Build multi-touch attribution end to end: select the model, set it up, and write the logic that connects spend to pipeline and revenue across channels. You build it, not just specify it. Build and maintain the tracking layer yourself: tag management (GTM and server-side), the data layer, conversion pixels, and event taxonomy across web and ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn). Set up GA4 and build the marketing analytics stack. Write the SQL reports and datasets from HubSpot, GA4, and the warehouse with the Data team. Build marketing dashboards across channels, campaigns, and funnel stages, with metrics defined before launch: CAC, ROAS, conversion, and pipeline contribution by Bowtie stage. Build and own the technical consent and GDPR layer: consent management platform, cookie governance, and server-side tracking that holds up legally. Run the MarTech stack: tool selection, integrations, and data flow between HubSpot, ad platforms, GA4, and n8n. Keep one source of truth and remove parallel logic. Scale tracking and data models into new markets (NL/ES/IT/PL) by design, not as one-off setups per country. Build marketing automation (n8n) or apply AI tooling where it speeds up measurement and analytics work. This comes up occasionally and is not the core of the role; campaign automation sits with the Junior Marketing Operations Manager. Partner with the Junior Marketing Operations Manager where execution meets measurement, and with the Data team on data governance. YOUR PROFILE Must-Have Skills 4+ years in marketing technology, web analytics, or marketing data and attribution. Strong SQL for analysis and reporting. Hands-on with tag management and tracking infrastructure: GTM and server-side GTM, data layer, conversion pixels, and GA4. Built multi-touch attribution hands-on in a real funnel, not just managed a vendor who did. Experience with visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Technical grasp of GDPR, consent management, and cookie and tracking governance. Background in B2B SaaS or a comparable data-driven environment. Hands-on with HubSpot as both a marketing platform and a data source. Nice-to-Have Skills Python for advanced analytics or automation scripting. Experience with CDPs or first-party data setups at scale. Server-side tracking and cookieless measurement. Comfortable with automation tooling (n8n or similar) and applying AI in marketing analytics.
