The Senior Marketing Operations Strategist plays a critical role in the revenue operations function, focused on optimizing marketing processes, technology, and metrics efficiency and effectiveness. The Senior Marketing Operations Strategist bridges the gap between Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to maintain a cohesive approach to marketing engagement. Responsibilities: Act as the internal marketing technology subject matter expert. Configure and manage the system to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies. Identifying opportunities for optimization, performance measurement, and alignment based on current marketing campaigns and system capabilities. Own the automation and systems driving Experity's lead handoff process. Ensure all marketing leads receive prompt follow-up, and no lead is left behind. Optimize routing logic based on product interest, response time SLAs, and lead type. Analyze, maintain, and present weekly/monthly/quarterly Marketing KPIs and pipeline reports with an eye toward iterative improvement; partner with Growth Marketing to close the gap between top-of-funnel metrics, UTM tracking, and lead/pipeline reporting, allowing our teams to assess channel effectiveness. Become a data champion, identifying opportunities to plug holes in data capture and automate enrichment. Maintain and enhance database quality through programs like RingLead and DemandTools. Develop database segmentation – build and manage list segmentation that drives automation touchpoints and translates into program experience for audiences across specific product segments. Monitor system performance, quickly identify and resolve software problems, and provide regular system performance trend reports. Provide stakeholders insights into campaign performance, demand generation metrics, and KPIs using Account Engagement, Salesforce, and other BI platforms. Partner with the Growth Marketing team to leverage Demandbase intent data in our lead assignment model, proactively identifying accounts to flag for sales; strategize on Demandbase usage & analytics to ensure optimal tool usage. Other duties as assigned. Business Impact: Enables measurable, predictable pipeline generation by connecting marketing efforts directly to revenue outcomes. Optimized and maintained marketing automation systems, including lead routing, segmentation, and campaign execution. Deliverables: End-to-end ownership of lead lifecycle automation, from capture through handoff to sales. Standardize and automate reporting dashboards for marketing and pipeline performance. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience : Five years marketing or BDR operations, analytics, demand generation, or marketing/digital agency. Two years experience working with Salesforce, Pardot, or similar CRM/marketing automation. Capable and comfortable in various reporting environments (Excel, Salesforce, Pardot, B2B Marketing Analytics etc.). Proficient in Salesforce.com CRM. Familiar with Pardot, B2B Marketing Analytics, and/or attribution modeling Preferred: Familiar with lead routing tools like RingLead or LeanData. Familiar with operations and administration of webchat technologies. Travel: Ability to travel as needed.
