Learn more at www.tabsquare.ai We are looking for a highly commercial Senior Marketing Specialist to drive TabSquare’s B2B growth, product narrative, and pipeline across our markets. In this role, you will own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execute targeted demand-generation campaigns that directly impact our bottom line. What You Will Do: B2B Product Marketing & Go-To-Market Drive Product Launches: Spearhead GTM initiatives, feature storytelling, and product launches to ensure successful market adoption. Craft Compelling Messaging: Translate complex product capabilities into clear value propositions, customer success stories, and high-impact marketing assets. Shape the Brand Narrative: Define and refine how TabSquare communicates its products and brand positioning to B2B audiences. Sales Enablement: Partner with cross-functional teams to equip the sales team with the narratives and collateral needed to close deals. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing Drive Pipeline Growth: Design, execute, and manage end-to-end lead generation campaigns across email (EDM), SMS, and WhatsApp. Marketing Operations: Leverage CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track leads, measure campaign ROI, and optimize the conversion funnel. Demand Generation: Execute experiments focused on product-led growth, user engagement, and scalable inbound/outbound demand generation. Unconventional Growth: Identify and capitalize on low-cost, high-impact growth opportunities across digital channels, social media, and B2B communities. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in marketing, product marketing or related roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content. Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns. Past experience in drafting, sending and tracking EDM, SMS and Whatsapp Campaigns. Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with product marketing tools and platforms. Past experience with Campaign management tools like mailchimp, sendgrid etc is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence without authority. Strong analytical skills to measure the impact of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly. Willingness to travel occasionally for pitches and training sessions.
