Are you passionate about building strong brands, creating meaningful partnerships, and delivering impactful brand experiences? Join our team as a Senior Marketing Specialist – Branding & Partnerships and help strengthen our brand visibility, reputation, and market presence.

Your role

In this role, you'll help bring our brand strategy to life across campaigns, events, communications, and partnerships. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to create consistent, engaging brand experiences and maximize the value of sponsorships, memberships, and strategic collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive branding initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, reputation, and engagement.
• Manage and activate sponsorships, memberships and strategic partnerships.
• Develop marketing campaigns and content that support business and marketing objectives.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and build strong external relationships.
• Coordinate brand-related projects and ensure consistent brand application across channels.
• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and explore innovative approaches, including AI-enabled marketing solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5-6 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding, partnership management, sponsorships, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning and brand-building strategies.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns and stakeholder-driven projects.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills and a keen eye for professional, brand-compliant presentations.
• Interest in technology and AI, with curiosity about how these developments can strengthen marketing and branding. Experience with AI applications in marketing is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Customer Journeys is a plus.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English, French is an asset.
