Senior Marketplace Specialist / Amazon

We’re growing fast and entering new markets. Now we’re looking for a Senior Marketplace Specialist to help us build and scale our marketplace business, with a strong focus on Amazon . About the role We’re looking for someone who knows Amazon end-to-end and can handle both the technical setup and commercial growth . Launching a new market is the challenging part - you’ll be the person figuring out what needs to happen, getting it live and pushing it forward. You’ll work across multiple markets, shops and entities, rather than managing just one marketplace. What you’ll do Own and develop Vilgain on Amazon Seller and Vendor Launch Amazon in new markets and take ownership from setup to growth Manage listings, catalogue, pricing, availability, content and promotions Handle technical topics such as feeds, integrations and marketplace tools Monitor sales, margins, stock and performance and turn data into action Identify opportunities to grow sales and improve marketplace performance Work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance and e-commerce Improve marketplace processes and help shape our international marketplace strategy Who we’re looking for 3+ years of hands-on Amazon marketplace experience Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller and Vendor Experience launching or growing marketplaces in new markets Comfortable with the technical side of marketplaces (feeds, integrations, catalogue and data) Experience with other marketplaces such as Holland & Barrett, TikTok Shop or similar platforms is a strong advantage Experience across multiple markets, shops or entities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High ownership and ability to work independently Comfortable in a fast-moving environment Fluent English What we offer Ownership of a growing international marketplace business The opportunity to launch new markets from scratch Direct impact on Vilgain’s international growth A lot of autonomy and space to build Close collaboration with e-commerce, marketing and supply chain teams If you know marketplaces inside out and enjoy building things from scratch, we’d love to hear from you :)
