About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Digital Media Buyer with strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads to join our growing performance marketing agency.
This role is ideal for professionals who thrive on analyzing data, optimizing campaigns, improving profitability, and scaling customer acquisition through performance marketing.
You'll work with multi-million-dollar advertising budgets, sophisticated direct-response advertisers, and a team focused on measurable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid media strategies;
- Build and manage campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads;
- Optimize campaigns based on CPA, ROAS and profitability;
- Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities;
- Manage naming conventions and campaign organization;
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters on creative strategy;
- Conduct A/B testing and creative recommendations;
- Prepare client and internal performance reports;
- Stay current with platform updates and industry best practices;
- Manage campaign trafficking and QA process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher;
- 2+ years managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns;
- Strong Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel skills;
- Experience with Google Docs, Microsoft Word and presentation tools;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Advanced to Fluent English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate confidently with U.S.-based colleagues and clients in meetings, presentations, and written communication;
- Reliable high-speed internet connection;
Must Have
- Experience optimizing campaigns for Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) rather than only Cost Per Lead (CPL);
- Experience managing high-budget paid media campaigns ;
- Strong hands-on experience with multiple Google campaign types, including: search, performance Max, display, demand Gen, YouTube, shopping;
- Ability to optimize campaigns across multiple campaign types, not just launch them.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with both Google Ads and Meta Ads;
- Experience working in Direct Response Marketing;
- Experience with DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) businesses;
- Experience managing high-volume acquisition campaigns;
- Strong understanding of attribution and conversion tracking.
