What we're looking for

We're partnering with a fast-growing, female-founded US direct-to-consumer apparel brand generating over $200M in annual revenue. They're looking for a hands-on, senior-level Meta Media Buyer to own the daily execution and optimization of their paid social accounts. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who lives inside the numbers and can turn account data into decisions that move the business, working closely with the VP of Growth and a team of experienced freelance contractors.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own daily execution and optimization of the brand's Meta ad accounts, from budget pacing to scaling decisions.
• Review account data, identify what needs to change, and make those changes directly (this is a doer role, not a purely strategic one).
• Act as a thought partner to the VP of Growth, using independent judgment while final strategy ownership stays with him.
• Keep a close eye on spend and daily decisions, collaborating with freelance contractors who can support time-intensive execution like ad building.
• Drive measurable growth by pulling specific levers and tracking their impact on performance.

Requirements

• Director or Senior Director level media buying experience, with a deep understanding of how media buying drives business growth (not just platform best practices).
• Strong, specialized Meta expertise, since this is a social buying role rather than a search role.
• Fully hands-on approach, comfortable owning both strategy input and execution.
• Ecommerce or DTC advertising experience.
• High spend experience, ideally in the $100,000 to $150,000 per day range.
• A proven track record of driving measurable growth, with the ability to speak to specific levers pulled and results achieved.
• Availability for core hours of roughly 9 am to 2 pm Pacific.

Nice to Have

• Google Ads or TikTok experience (a plus, though far less important than Meta).
