Senior Meta Media Buyer

Are you a Meta expert who thinks in profit, not just ROAS? We're searching for a Senior Meta Media Buyer to act as performance lead across selected brands in our portfolio. This is not a "set and optimize campaigns" role - you will own the Meta channel like a business, connecting it to profit, revenue and growth.

You combine deep platform expertise with commercial thinking - you know not just what works inside Meta, but how Meta drives incremental revenue and margin within the full marketing mix, especially alongside Google. You move fast, test constantly, and think in loops of hypothesis → test → learn → scale.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Owning end-to-end Meta strategy for selected brands: account structure, funnel structure, budget allocation, and creative direction.
• Managing Meta campaigns - steering brands toward overall profitability (CAC, channel margin, LTV), not only in-platform KPIs.
• Analyzing campaign data to drive decisions and optimize performance.
• Creating and executing full-funnel strategies (upper, mid, lower) across Meta and the wider channel mix - partnering with our Google team on budget splits, incrementality and synergies.
• Continuously unlocking growth through creatives, offers, funnels and data.
• Leading performance reporting and recommendations at senior stakeholder level.
• Building playbooks that raise the bar across the portfolio - while staying hands-on. This is a builder role with maximum ownership.
• Staying ahead of trends and updates within Meta Ads and the digital marketing space - and translating them into commercial impact for our brands.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong analytical skills - from campaign metrics to blended, business-level numbers.
• Senior Meta experience managing significant e-commerce budgets, with commercial thinking to connect campaigns to profit, revenue and growth.
• Commercial acumen - you think in revenue and margins, not media metrics.
• Measurement fluency - blended MER, incrementality testing, and the confidence to challenge in-platform attribution.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment, juggling complex campaigns and multiple priorities.
• A mindset that's open to learning and continuously improving.
• Full professional English; based in Poland or Spain.

Bonus Points for:

• High-growth D2C or marketplace experience - multi-brand or multi-market is a strong plus.
• Experience with incrementality testing or MMM.
• Project management skills to streamline processes and ensure seamless execution.
