Purpose Permanent contract · Full-time · Casablanca, Morocco IDEMIA Public Security Remote work: 2–3 days per week Your role: Senior Mobile Software Developer You will join a collaborative team with a Tech Lead and two developers, while also taking ownership of projects and working independently on impactful client solutions. Your role is to turn requirements into high-quality mobile software, following clear designs and delivering real business value and customer satisfaction. Key Missions Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications for Android. Contribute to software architecture, design, and development by building robust structures (design patterns, layers, reusable components) and coding complex modules within quality, cost, and delivery constraints. Apply and promote software engineering best practices (secure coding, code reviews, performance optimization, testing, CI/CD, documentation) while supporting deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities. Participate in requirements analysis, estimations, technical governance, and complex troubleshooting. Profile & Other Information Technical Skills : Engineering degree or validated education in computer science or equivalent. 4 to 7 years of experience in Mobile software development. Mandatory Skills : Strong expertise in Android development using Kotlin, Java, Android SDK and Jetpack Compose, with proven experience designing robust and scalable mobile applications. Solid mastery of development tools and best practices, including Git, Android Studio, Maven, secured databases, and Agile project tracking tools such as Jira. Strong knowledge of Clean Architecture, the MVVM design pattern, and data encryption. Nice to Have Skills: Experience with authentication and identify management solutions (Keycloak,OpenID Connect). Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions. Languages : French: Fluent. English: Professional working proficiency. Soft skills : Communication, and team spirit.
