This is a Hybrid role working from our Sofia office 2 days a week, offering you the perfect balance of collaborative in-person connection and focused remote flexibility. Key Aspects of the Role As a Senior .Net Developer, you’ll be a technical pillar within your squad, focusing on the design and delivery of end-to-end features and subsystems. In this role, you won't just write code; you will help shape our technical direction, mentor aspiring developers, and ensure our solutions are modular, inclusive, and scalable. Duties of this role include: Technical Excellence: Designing and delivering end-to-end features while optimising for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness. Collaborative Leadership: Leading specific workstreams and mentoring junior colleagues in both technical craft and professional processes. Stakeholder Engagement: Translating complex technical trade-offs into plain language and confidently presenting demos to help shape tactical direction for our clients. Community Building: Contributing to our Community of Practice and representing Waracle’s culture in recruitment and interview panels. What You'll Bring: 3+ experience delivering complex digital products, with deep expertise in .NET and Angular , building scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack solutions. Strong experience designing and developing cloud-based applications using Azure , with an understanding of modern architecture patterns and best practices. Strong understanding of solid principles, clean code practices, maintainability, and security standards . A collaborative and supportive mentoring style, providing constructive feedback through peer reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance .
