Senior .NET Developer We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions using Microsoft technologies. The role combines hands-on development, technical design, code quality, and technical mentoring. Key Responsibilities Develop software components using .NET Framework and .NET Core . Design scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions. Translate functional requirements into technical solutions. Perform code reviews and promote development best practices. Mentor and technically coach team members. Ensure application quality, performance, security, and maintainability. Analyse and optimise system performance. Evaluate and introduce new technologies aligned with business needs. Collaborate closely with architects and other technical stakeholders. Requirements Strong professional experience with .NET development . Expertise in .NET Framework and .NET Core . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution-oriented mindset. Experience with technical leadership and mentoring. Good understanding of software quality, security, performance, and best practices. Ability to adapt to changing technical and business environments. French or Dutch – C2 level . English – C1 level .
