This role focuses on ensuring stable, secure, and high-performing network connectivity across all company locations. You will design, implement, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure, with a strong focus on Cisco technologies, reliable multi-site operations, and network automation. Your Tasks: Ensure stable and secure operation of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Internet connectivity across all company locations, including WAN failover solutions and Cradlepoint-based backup connections. Plan, design, and implement network infrastructure for new sites, network expansions, and modernization initiatives, ensuring high availability, scalability, and secure connectivity. Configure, maintain, and optimize Cisco enterprise network environments, including Catalyst switches, routing and switching technologies, Cisco Meraki, and Cisco Catalyst 9800 Wireless LAN Controllers. Manage and operate Cisco Catalyst Center, formerly DNA Center, for network automation, monitoring, lifecycle management, and operational efficiency. Troubleshoot complex network and connectivity issues, perform root cause analysis, resolve incidents and performance problems, and participate in on-call support and escalation processes as required. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams on network-related projects, while creating and maintaining network documentation, diagrams, standards, and operational procedures. Your Profile: Proven experience in enterprise network environments, including the operation and support of business-critical network services across multiple sites. Strong hands-on expertise with Cisco enterprise networking technologies, including Cisco Catalyst switches, routing and switching, Cisco Catalyst Center, Cisco Meraki, and Cisco Catalyst 9800 Wireless LAN Controllers. Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, WLAN technologies, network security fundamentals, as well as high-availability and failover concepts. Experience in troubleshooting complex network and connectivity issues, including root cause analysis, incident resolution, and performance optimization. Ability to independently plan, implement, and document network changes in a structured and reliable way. Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams on network-related topics. Additional experience with advanced WLAN design and optimization, including Ekahau wireless site surveys, is an advantage; Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP Enterprise, CWNA, or similar are also beneficial. Familiarity with SD-WAN technologies, network automation using Python, Ansible, APIs, or Terraform, monitoring and observability platforms, and cloud networking, ideally Azure, would be a plus.
