Looking for a Senior Occupational Therapist role that offers flexibility, autonomy and variety? This role offers a unique mix of metro and regional work, providing exposure to diverse settings, participants and clinical experiences. For those who enjoy travelling, optional FIFO opportunities are available to regional WA locations, with all travel and accommodation arranged by us. Leave Options – Ability to purchase additional leave, plus a generous staff referral scheme Continuous Professional Development – PD allowance, tailored training, and ongoing development with AAA and our parent company, MedHealth Genuine support with weekly supervision, dedicated mentors and senior clinician guidance Passionate and positive culture – Be part of a purpose-driven team that believes in your development and in making a difference Your R ole: Manage a complex caseload working with NDIS participants and their families Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including external stakeholders Provide clinical supervision, coaching and guidance to junior Clinicians and students Attend supervision and CPD training sessions Contribute to and/or lead projects that improve clinical practice or service delivery What You’ll Need to Succeed: Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills A proactive, client-centred mindset with a desire to innovate and grow A genuine passion for working in the disability and community sector The ability to work both independently and collaboratively An interest in pediatrics, complex needs, or a preferred caseload area (let’s tailor it together!)
