Senior Officer, Fund Administration

What you'll do: You'll monitor fund asset and liability flows, cash management, valuation checks, and performance calculations whilst overseeing accounting production and financial statement preparation You'll manage investment vehicle flows in coordination with investment teams and stakeholders, including custodians, lawyers, and auditors You'll administer investor relations activities, including reporting, capital calls, and supervision of regulatory filings and KYC-AML procedures You'll provide financial controller support at client sites and assist during fundraising phases as required You'll collaborate closely with clients and external partners (law firms, investment banks, fundraisers) to deliver high-quality service and meet project deadlines What We Offer Comprehensive remuneration: Motivating financial packages based upon market rates for your role and is proportionate to your qualifications, level of experiences and skills profile Pension Scheme: Generous employer contribution with the ability to allow and increase employee contributions Annual leave: All our employees are entitled to 22 days paid leave.
