Job Description

• The Senior Oracle Application Operations Consultant is responsible for day-to-day application operations, incident resolution, action tracking, and team support across Oracle Fusion Finance and Projects, with coordination across related enterprise applications and integrations.
• The role focuses on quickly triaging production issues, identifying root causes or workarounds, coordinating with users, vendors and technical teams, and ensuring incidents, service requests and open actions are closed within agreed priorities and SLAs.
• The consultant supports the application team by maintaining clear issue logs, runbooks, knowledge articles, escalation notes, operational reports and practical guidance that improves service continuity, user confidence and support effectiveness.

Required Experience & Skills

Preferred Experience:

• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Financials and Projects operational support experience.
• Strong experience in incident, service request, problem and escalation management.
• Experience supporting month-end/year-end finance operations and project accounting issues.
• Experience coordinating with Oracle Support, managed service providers and technical teams.
• Experience with enterprise application integrations such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Yardi, Unifier and banking platforms.
• Exposure to OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, approval workflows, ESS jobs, roles/security and data reconciliation.

Job-Specific Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and follow-up skills with an ownership mindset.
• Ability to convert business issues into clear support actions, evidence packs and resolution plans.
• Good understanding of ITSM, SLA management, change control, access control and support governance.
• Strong communication skills to support users, guide team members and provide clear status updates.
• Ability to prepare operational reports, knowledge articles, runbooks and support documentation.
• Hands on EPM, FCCS & TRCS (Additional Advantage)
• Hand on Fusion AI Studio (Preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or related discipline. - ITIL certification is preferred; PMP or Oracle Fusion certification is an advantage.
