We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Architect to play a critical role in our enterprise‑wide ERP & HCM transformation, migrating from PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion. In this highly visible position, you will lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable architectural solutions that align technology with business strategy. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, translating business requirements into integrated system designs, guiding large‑scale initiatives, and partnering with stakeholders and vendors to deliver secure, compliant, and future‑ready solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes. This position may be worked remotely within the United States, with the exception of California. What you’ll be responsible for: Designs and implements complex architectural solutions. Leads the development of new systems and applications, ensuring alignment of technology to the business strategy. Responsible for translating the customer’s business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for large complex IT solutions and integrating architecture. Leads complex IT projects, oversees project budgets and timelines. Leads vendor selection and management. Conducts comprehensive architecture reviews. Provides expert guidance on design best practices and risk mitigation. Serves as architectural subject matter expert. Proactively identifies and evaluates new technologies. Recommends adoption of innovative solutions. Ensures compliance and adheres to industry standards. Follows compliance requirements and security guidelines. Provides advice and guidance on complex technical issues. Mentors and coach's technical staff. May act as a team lead. May perform other job duties as assigned. Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Overland Park, Kansas. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $200000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
