Senior Oracle Siebel

Systems Limited – Middle East & Africa (Techvista) is looking for an experienced Senior Siebel CRM Developer to join our team in a remote role, designing, developing, and supporting enterprise Siebel CRM solutions and integrations.

This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Siebel development, configuration, and integration, with the ability to deliver scalable CRM solutions and support enterprise implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Siebel CRM applications and customizations
• Develop new services, integrations, and business functionalities
• Configure Siebel applications using Siebel Tools and e-Script
• Develop and maintain Web Services, Business Services, Workflow Policies, and Assignment Manager configurations
• Support Siebel implementation projects by collaborating with business analysts and technical teams
• Prepare technical documentation, including design documents, migration plans, and release documentation
• Manage enhancements and new requirements within existing Siebel environments
• Perform unit testing, deployment, and support activities across non-production and production environments
• Monitor and maintain Siebel configuration across multiple environments
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions

Requirements & Key Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development and configuration
• Strong expertise in Siebel Tools, Siebel e-Script, Siebel e-AI, Siebel EIM, Web Services, Business Services, Workflow Policies, and Assignment Manager
• Experience with Siebel Administrative tasks and environment management
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and relational database concepts
• Experience delivering Siebel implementations and integrations across enterprise environments
• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), testing, and release management
• Experience in one or more of the following: Siebel Public Sector, Siebel Financial Services, or Siebel Call Center
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Siebel Certification is preferred
