The Opportunity:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior Google & Meta Ads campaign manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal remote role, you will be instrumental in driving the success of diverse Australian small to medium businesses by developing, executing, and optimizing high-performing digital advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Google Ads campaigns for diverse small to medium businesses.

Oversee and optimize Meta Ads campaigns, ensuring maximum impact and ROI.

Develop, implement, and continually optimize comprehensive advertising strategies across both Google and Meta platforms.

Rigorously monitor campaign performance, conduct in-depth analysis, and translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Ensure all campaigns align with client objectives, brand guidelines, and consistently deliver strong Return on Investment (ROI).

What We're Looking For:

Extensive, proven experience managing and leading successful Google Ads campaigns.

Extensive, proven experience managing and leading successful Meta Ads campaigns.

Demonstrable experience working with and achieving results for Small to Medium Businesses (SMBs).

High proficiency in all aspects of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.

Familiarity and practical experience with VPN usage for secure professional work.

Ability to consistently work and be available during Brisbane working hours (AEST/AEST).

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization.

Ability to provide a comprehensive profile or portfolio showcasing previous campaign successes and client work.

International client exposure (outside of the Philippines) is highly desirable.
