Lemon Adds is a performance marketing agency helping ambitious DTC and eCommerce brands grow through paid media, creative strategy, conversion optimization, email marketing, influencer marketing, and customer acquisition.

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Paid Social Media Buyer who can independently manage and scale multiple client accounts while making smart, data-driven decisions.

This is a hands-on senior position—not an entry-level execution role. You will be responsible for strategy, campaign management, creative testing, optimization, reporting, and profitable growth across multiple advertising platforms.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Develop, launch, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X/Twitter, TrafficJunky, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage multiple DTC and eCommerce client accounts simultaneously.
• Build full-funnel acquisition strategies covering prospecting, retargeting, customer re-engagement, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor account performance, budget pacing, attribution, and profitability daily.
• Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, MER, CPA, CAC, CTR, CVR, CPC, AOV, and other business-critical metrics.
• Create structured testing plans for audiences, campaign structures, offers, landing pages, messaging, and creative concepts.
• Identify winning creative patterns and translate performance data into actionable briefs for designers, video editors, and content creators.
• Scale successful campaigns while protecting efficiency and profitability.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and take corrective action without waiting for step-by-step direction.
• Prepare clear performance reports explaining what happened, why it happened, and what should happen next.
• Collaborate with our creative, account management, analytics, CRO, and leadership teams.
• Support major promotional periods, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday campaigns, and important product launches.
• Stay current with platform changes, attribution developments, advertising policies, and emerging paid-media opportunities.

Required Experience

• At least 5 years of hands-on paid-media or paid-social experience.
• Proven experience managing and scaling DTC or eCommerce advertising accounts.
• Strong hands-on experience with:

• Proven ability to make decisions based on performance data—not assumptions.
• Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets and scaling campaigns profitably.
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, creative testing, audience segmentation, attribution, conversion tracking, and budget allocation.
• Ability to manage several accounts, priorities, deadlines, and campaign launches simultaneously.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to communicate performance results clearly to both marketing professionals and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Availability to work a full-time schedule aligned with Pacific Time business hours—PST/PDT.
• Comfortable working with brands and advertising platforms in the adult-wellness category.
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote-work environment.

Strong Advantages

• Experience with fashion, health, wellness, beauty, home-goods, subscription, or adult-wellness brands.
• Experience with Pinterest Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Shopify, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and third-party attribution platforms.
• Experience collaborating directly with creative teams and developing performance-based creative briefs.
• A portfolio or case studies showing actual budgets, challenges, actions taken, and measurable results.

Position Details

• Location: Remote—Latin America
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Working hours: Must align with Pacific Time business hours
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Weekend work: Not part of the regular schedule; limited availability may occasionally be required during major promotional events, with advance notice
