Are you an experienced property paralegal looking to take ownership of complex residential conveyancing matters? You will manage a specialist home ownership caseload for Registered Providers of Social Housing, handling matters from instruction to completion. This role offers varied, client-focused work within a specialist property practice. Key Responsibilities Managing a specialist caseload of residential conveyancing (home ownership) matters for Registered Providers of Social Housing, including shared ownership staircasing and final staircasing transactions, lease extensions, buyback transactions, deeds of variation, deeds of covenant, and lease surrender and regrant arrangements. Managing the conveyancing aspects of residential enfranchisement matters and auction sales, ensuring transactions progress effectively within agreed and often complex timescales. Building and maintaining positive working relationships with clients, housing associations, managing agents, legal representatives, and other stakeholders to support a smooth transaction process and a high-quality client experience. Applying strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of conveyancing risk management, regulatory requirements, and compliance obligations. Working in a professional, collaborative, and client-focused manner, taking responsibility for matters from instruction through to completion, while providing support and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders where appropriate.
