Responsibilities This individual will lead our project teams through the entire project design and construction lifecycle including client and design team management for parking structures of all sizes and types. Key responsibilities will include code analysis, quality control of deliverables, obtaining agency approvals, management of construction administration services, and ensuring achievement of schedules and budgets. Experience in the management of project teams is mandatory; experience in the design of parking facilities is highly desirable. A collaborative “can-do”, customer service approach is crucial. Responsibilities: Management of parking projects that meets a superior standard of quality that will help establish and differentiate our reputation in the marketplace. Development and integration of architectural documentation standards for the Walter P Moore Parking organization. Willingness to learn the digital workflow effort and contribute to its development and implementation for parking and across disciplines. Help develop and strengthen the partnership between Walter P Moore and local parking contractors by streamlining the design-build process. Mentor the next generation of talent recruited by the Walter P Moore parking team. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Architecture of Parking Structures Minimum 3 years as a multi-disciplined Project Manager Professional Architecture License preferred. If not licensed, candidate must be actively pursuing path to professional licensure.
