Which tasks can you expect? Manage and execute end-to-end payroll processes accurately and on time Ensure compliance with payroll, tax, social security, and labor regulations Act as a trusted advisor for complex payroll-related inquiries from clients and stakeholders Analyze, optimize, and enhance payroll processes and systems Support implementations, customer projects, and special initiatives Provide functional guidance and knowledge sharing within the team What do you have to offer? Several years of experience in payroll administration and processing Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, taxation, social security, and compliance requirements Experience working with at least two payroll systems Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities A detail-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive mindset Fluent German language skills; English skills are an advantage Salary range information will be shared with candidates during the initial interaction with the Talent Acquisition team, either by phone or email.
