Senior Payroll Support Consultant

We are currently looking for a Senior Payroll Support Consultant who will be responsible to provide software support to allocated clients, in line with SLA whilst additionally maintaining relationships with clients in order to maintain a 95% retention of allocated clients. The Senior Payroll Consultant is overall responsible to ensure for value add by means of understanding of client’s business and Labournet’ s solution offerings. You are responsible for Inclusive of, but not limited to: Maintain relationship with clients to ensure retention Implementation and set up of client requirements in line with client’s expectations Resolution of client queries and value add Submission of Annual and bi-annual EMP501’s on behalf of clients Upskilling of System functionalities to internal staff and external clients You are a part of Our people are experts in their field, who have a passion for what they do and constantly seek to exceed the expected standard. You'll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role: 4 years’ + experience in software advisory support within relevant software and industry Experience within a payroll consulting environment would be advantageous Experience in implementing a Payroll and HRIS system would be advantageous Experience in the full Payroll and HRIS business process within a bureau or current employers’ environment will be advantageous. Experience in consistently supporting a client base Matric with mathematics Qualification within payroll, tax, software implementation and consultation within the HRIS environment would be advantageous Salary: R33 150 CTC per month.
