About the role Join TWE's People & Culture team in a newly created role where you'll help shape the future of people analytics, reporting and workforce insights. As the Senior People Analytics & Reporting Analyst, you'll combine HR, finance and data expertise to deliver meaningful workforce analytics, remuneration insights, governance reporting and employment cost analysis that supports business decision-making across our global organisation . You'll have the opportunity to build new reporting capabilities and help establish a mature people analytics function at TWE. Analyse workforce, remuneration and employment cost data to support workforce planning, budgeting, reward decisions and business performance discussions. Deliver accurate and insightful people reporting, dashboards and workforce analytics for business leaders, executive stakeholders and governance forums. Partner with Finance, Payroll and People & Culture teams to support employment cost reporting, bonus provisions and benefit-related analysis. Develop and enhance reporting solutions, dashboards and automation opportunities using HR systems, Power BI and other analytics tools. Maintain strong data governance and integrity through audits, controls and compliance reporting, ensuring confidential people data is managed appropriately. Help design and embed new workforce planning and position management processes by collaborating with Finance, P& C and business stakeholders across the organisation . About you You're an experienced analytics professional who enjoys working with data to solve real business problems. You can take complex workforce, organisational and remuneration data and turn it into clear insights that help leaders make better decisions. You build strong relationships across People & Culture, Finance and the business, ask good questions, and care about getting the detail right. Most importantly, you're motivated by the opportunity to improve how people data and reporting are used across a global organisation. Proven experience in People Analytics, HR Reporting, HRIS, Payroll, Workforce Planning, Finance Analytics or a related data-focused role. Strong analytical capability, with advanced Excel skills and experience using reporting and visualisation tools.. Experience working with HR systems and large, complex datasets, with a strong focus on accuracy, governance and data integrity. Ability to confidently engage with stakeholders across HR, Finance and leadership teams. Commercial understanding of employment costs, remuneration, budgeting, payroll processes or workforce planning is highly regarded. Comfortable working in ambiguity, taking initiative and helping build new processes, tools and ways of working from the ground up.
