Collaborate with our commercial teams to operate sustainably while maximising employee potential and engagement. ⭐ How will you make an impact? Strategic Change & Advisory: You will partner directly with Commercia l leadership to align business objectives with the structural evolution required for Lodgify’s next chapter. As a change agent, you will guide teams through these transitions, mitigating risks while ensuring the successful adoption of high-impact, people-centric practices. Performance Ecosystem: You will build a proactive, data-driven framework that unifies performance insights and empowers managers to stay on top of performance challenges. Manager Enablement: You will act as a strategic coach and own our internal Manager Academy training program, providing managers and leadership with the specific frameworks and tools needed to drive daily team performance. Process Automation: You will identify and streamline fragmented systems and low-value tasks to refocus organizational energy on high-value outcomes. ⭐ What makes you a great fit?
