Senior People Operations Analyst

For more information, visit www.blend360.com . We are looking for a People Operations Analyst to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our People function. This role will be responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate, and employee-focused people processes across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed environment. This person will partner closely with employees, managers, HR leadership, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless employee experience. It is important to note that this is a temporary 3 month role! Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day People Operations activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, transfers, and offboarding. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems. Coordinate and continuously improve People processes, policies, and workflows. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all required documentation, system access, and communications are completed on time. Act as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding People-related questions, policies, and processes. Partner with Payroll, Finance, IT, and other internal teams on employee-related processes and requests. Support benefits administration and employee programs as needed. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through process optimization and automation. Support HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement, performance management, organizational changes, and other People programs. Handle sensitive employee information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, Human Resources, or a related role. Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail. Experience managing multiple processes and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levels. Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, BambooHR, or similar tools. Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately. Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Experience identifying opportunities for automation and improving HR workflows. Data-driven mindset and experience working with People metrics and reporting. What about languages?
