Senior People Solutions Analyst

Joining Collibra's People Solutions team This is a fixed-term contract role running through January 2028, covering a colleague's leave of absence, and you'll be stepping into meaningful ownership from day one You'll report to the Senior Manager, People Solutions, and own day-to-day configuration and support of core Workday HCM modules for our global workforce Values in action: We are One Collibra this role exists because our team steps up for each other, and you'll be trusted with real ownership while a teammate is out This is a fully remote role. You'll work from home, with the flexibility that comes with a remote setup while staying closely connected to the team. Senior People Technology Analysts at Collibra are responsible for Building and maintaining Workato-based automations, and prototyping agentic workflows using tools like Claude, that connect Workday, an applicant tracking system, and other People Technology systems Owning day-to-day configuration and integration upkeep of Workday's core HCM modules: Absence Management, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits Managing the full lifecycle of security access requests and business process configuration to keep data protected without slowing the business down Developing Workday reports that give stakeholders data they can act on and trust Testing and deploying new Workday functionality and semi-annual releases, flagging issues early You have Hands-on Workday configuration and integrations experience, including administering Absence Management, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, or Benefits Experience with an iPaaS/automation tool such as Workato is a plus Experience with an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse or similar) is a plus Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve real-world business challenges, drive measurable outcomes, or streamline workflows A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience is required You are Comfortable managing Workday security, reporting, and complex business process configuration end to end A clear communicator who can translate technical system changes for stakeholders across the business Excited to build with tools like Claude and Workato, and to look for opportunities to improve processes beyond Workday HCM Comfortable stepping into a fixed-term engagement with a clear scope and timeline Self-directed and comfortable building strong working relationships remotely Measures of success Within your first month, you will get up to speed on our Workday configuration and Workato/automation environment, shadow existing processes, and build working relationships with the People Technology team Within your third month, you will independently handle day-to-day configuration, testing, and support requests across all four modules, and have shipped your first Workato automation or agentic workflow prototype Within your sixth month, you will have taken on full ownership of that module scope with no gaps in support, and delivered at least one automation or process improvement that reaches beyond Workday HCM into another People Operations area Compensation for this role The standard base salary range for this position is 128,000.00 PLN - 160,000.00 PLN per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.
