Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Meta, TikTok & Google Ads

The (Junior) Performance Marketing Manager is a full-time, hybrid position based in Istanbul, Türkiye, with flexibility for partial remote work.

In this role, you will plan, launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns for our e-commerce clients across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and other digital channels.

Your focus will be on measurable goals such as online sales, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and return on advertising spend.

• Plan, set up, and manage campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
• Develop audience strategies for prospecting, retargeting, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.
• Manage campaigns across the full e-commerce funnel, from awareness and product discovery to conversion and customer retention.
• Monitor performance and optimize budgets, bids, placements, audiences, creatives, product feeds, and landing pages.
• Conduct A/B tests across creative concepts, copy, formats, offers, audiences, and campaign objectives.
• Create creative briefs for short-form videos, user-generated content, static ads, carousels, and product campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, developers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Translate brand positioning, product launches, promotions, and commercial objectives into effective campaigns.
• Identify advertising and content trends, particularly in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, lifestyle, and retail.
• Analyze campaign, website, and e-commerce data to identify performance issues and growth opportunities.
• Support tracking and reporting using Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, product catalogs, and conversion events.
• Prepare client reports and clearly present results, insights, and recommendations.
• Explore new growth channels, marketing tools, automation opportunities, and AI-supported workflows.

• Initial experience managing or supporting paid campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads.
• Familiarity with campaign setup, audience targeting, placements, budgeting, and optimization.
• Understanding of key e-commerce metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost, average order value, revenue, and ROAS.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, advertising dashboards, spreadsheets, e-commerce platforms, or reporting tools.
• Foundational knowledge of full-funnel marketing, retargeting, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
• Basic understanding of tracking and attribution, including pixels, conversion events, UTM parameters, product catalogs, and tag management.
• Understanding of social-first advertising and the creative differences between Meta, TikTok, search, and display channels.
• Ability to turn campaign data into actionable recommendations for creatives, audiences, offers, and messaging.
• Interest in e-commerce, consumer brands, technology, AI, and automation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• A proactive, curious, and organized working style suitable for a hybrid agency environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or comparable practical experience.
• Previous internship or junior experience in an e-commerce agency, digital marketing agency, paid social, or performance marketing is an advantage.
• Professional proficiency in English; Turkish language skills are an advantage.
