Key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to Become involved with day-to-day operations in Production Control. Understand the workflows and be able to troubleshoot issues and define new workflows in PCS and Control-M Design Airflow infrastructure according to the industry best practices. Work with System Administrators, Platform Engineers, Network, Firewall and Monitoring teams on the implementation of the infrastructure. Document the system's specifics, define, and implement administrative controls and policies of Airflow. Work with the development teams to identify the groups of jobs to migrate to airflow. Assist the development teams with the migrations: define DAGs, suggest alternative approaches, troubleshoot issues Contribute to the library of utilities used for ETLs, file transfers and in support of other operational tasks Requirements Job Qualifications (The ideal candidate should have the following) Job Qualifications (The ideal candidate should have the following) • 5 to 8 yeas of experience in the relevant technologies • Expert knowledge of Python • Expert knowledge of Airflow • Working knowledge of containerization technologies - Docker & Kubernetes • Working knowledge of SQL • Familiarity with Perl • System Administrator level of knowledge of Linux Operating systems • Experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub • Familiarity with the Networking concepts • Ability to work independently and under lesser supervision • Be a good communicator and collaborator (verbal and written skills ) Benefits It’s a 2 days Work from Office and 3 days remote work.
