Job Title: Senior Pharmacy Recruiter Job Description The Senior Pharmacy Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment efforts focused specifically on pharmacist hiring across select states. This role partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand regional hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver qualified candidates in a timely manner. This position plays a key role in supporting critical healthcare staffing needs by identifying, engaging, and securing top pharmacist talent in a competitive market. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who can work independently while effectively managing multiple requisitions and building strong stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for pharmacist roles across assigned states. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce gaps, and timelines. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified pharmacist candidates. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit. Provide hiring recommendations and market insights to stakeholders. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact through offer. Maintain accurate recruiting data and activity tracking within ATS systems. Ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Essential Skills 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience recruiting within healthcare, clinical, or regulated environments. Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across different locations and regions. Additional Skills & Qualifications Direct experience recruiting leadership roles such as Pharmacy Supervisors, District Managers, and Managers. Experience supporting multi-state recruiting efforts. Familiarity with healthcare compliance and hiring regulations. Experience with ATS platforms, specifically Brassring. Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders. Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Strong communication and influencing skills. Detail-oriented with a high sense of urgency. Work Environment This position is 100% remote and supports all regions in the United States. Assigned regions will be shared during onboarding, but the candidate can be located anywhere in the states. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beaverton, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
