Senior Platform Engineer – DevSecOps & Build Systems

Job Title: Senior DevSecOps Engineer Key Skills: Jenkins, CI/CD automation, Ansible, Terraform, Groovy scripting, Kubernetes Location: Brazil Mode: Remote We at Coforge are hiring Senior DevSecOps Engineer with the following skill set. Key Responsibilities Build Infrastructure – Design, maintain, and optimize scalable build systems for CI/CD and automated deployments. CI/CD Automation – Develop and manage Jenkins pipelines using Groovy and Python. Rust Development – Maintain and enhance Rust-based applications supporting CI/CD orchestration and automation. DevSecOps & Compliance – Integrate security controls, access management, and compliance requirements into delivery pipelines. Container Platforms – Deploy and manage containerized workloads on Kubernetes and OpenShift. Infrastructure as Code – Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible. Monitoring & Reliability – Implement observability, monitoring, and alerting solutions to ensure platform health and performance. Operational Support – Troubleshoot infrastructure and pipeline issues, partnering with development and operations teams. Documentation & Standards – Maintain technical documentation and promote infrastructure best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering roles. Preferential experience in Rusty, with experience in maintaining and developing applications script for automation and CI/CD workflows. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins. Experience with VMs, containers, and hybrid cloud environments. Experience integrating DevSecOps practices and security controls into automated delivery pipelines. Experience with security scanning and vulnerability management tools, including SAST, DAST, Software Composition Analysis (SCA), container image scanning, and infrastructure security assessments within CI/CD pipelines. Solid knowledge of networking, security policies, and access management. Strong proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, and Groovy scripting. Deep understanding of Kubernetes or OpenShift, and container orchestration. Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken). Strong problem-solving skills in distributed systems and production environments. Preferred Skills: Experience with Python. Experience with CMake.
