Right now, we're looking for a Senior PPC Specialist based in (or close to) Brno. Someone who will take full ownership of our global paid acquisition and help us shift from running campaigns to driving real business growth. What's the challenge? This isn't a typical button-clicking or daily optimization job. We manage an annual paid media budget of €3M+ across global markets, and we need someone who understands what happens across the entire funnel — from the first click to customer lifetime value. You'll be embedded in the team.blue Marketing Centre of Excellence hub team with a 100% focus on Webnode. Your main focus will be: Own & scale paid channels: Run hands-on campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and explore new channels. Think business, not just CPC: Connect ad performance with CAC, ROAS, LTV, free-to-paid conversions, and bottom-line revenue. Tailor strategies globally: Analyze international markets to adapt setups based on local brand awareness, search demand, and behavior. Build a testing roadmap: Systematically test creatives, bidding, landing pages, and onboarding flows together with our Brand, CRO, Analytics, and Product teams. Leverage AI & automation: Use modern tools to speed up testing workflows and stay ahead of the curve. What makes you a great fit? Hands-on PPC mastery: Deep experience with Google Ads (and solid practical knowledge of Paid Social, Microsoft Ads, etc.). Global & SaaS mindset: You've managed complex multi-market accounts and know how acquisition funnels work in a SaaS or freemium model. Commercial sharpness: You look past platform metrics and ask: "Is this actually growing the business?" High autonomy: You don't wait for tasks. You analyze data, find growth barriers or opportunities, and present clear solutions to stakeholders. Structured & creative: You can set up hypotheses, run clean experiments, and turn successful tests into scalable frameworks. Fluent English & collaborative spirit: You enjoy working in a matrix environment with international colleagues. What success looks like in 6–12 months Our €3M+ budget is spent with maximum efficiency, clear logic, and measurable business impact. You've built a structured testing engine that continuously improves creatives, landing pages, and conversion rates. Paid media isn't an isolated silo, but a key growth driver closely linked with Brand, Product, and CRO. You are the go-to expert who brings clarity and strategic thinking to Webnode's paid growth.
