Senior Product Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE In this role, you will take design ownership of one or more core product areas, driving work from problem definition through to delivery. You will serve as a strategic partner to product management, engineering, and user research, ensuring that user insights and business objectives are translated into coherent, well-crafted interface solutions. In addition to individual contribution, you will play an active part in elevating design quality across the team and contributing to shared standards and processes. YOUR MISSION Own the design of complex product features end-to-end, from problem framing and user research to high-fidelity UI and interaction specifications. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle, shaping scope and advocating for user needs. Contribute to and evolve the design system, building scalable components and establishing consistent patterns across the product. Run or commission usability studies, synthesize insights, and use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions. Facilitate design reviews, critique sessions, and workshops, helping align stakeholders and drive decisions forward. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 4+ years of product design experience in digital products. Strong portfolio with shipped B2B or B2C interfaces. Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and variables. Deep understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and interaction design. Experience working directly with engineers and Product Managers.
