Senior Product Designer (Maternity Leave Cover)

We are currently seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Digital Business Solutions team on a fixed-term basis as maternity leave cover . The team is dedicated to creating a web-based e-commerce and self-service platform for our B2B customers. In this role you will collaborate on a daily basis with our Product Owners and Product Manager, as well as work closely with the development team, preparing designs for new functionalities as well as on-goingly striving for best-in-class user experience on our platform. What tasks are waiting for you? Prepare designs for new functionalities according to brief from Product Owners or other stakeholders. Proactively seek out improvement opportunities for the UX and UI of the platform. Collaborate with other design teams in the organization to ensure design alignment between various online solutions in Demant. Own and maintain Design System in Figma. Combine business' and users' needs with feasibility limitations in your daily work. Collect requirements, business goals, users' needs and technical background from stakeholders. Facilitate workshops with company's stakeholders. Identify potential problems and risks related to the context of usage. Support Product Manager and Product Owners in business decision related to usability and usage context. Prepare UI solutions in a way that they can serve as a development spec for front-end developers (dev mode in Figma). Contribute to gathering information from users by participating and co-creating usability tests, interviews and other qualitative methods. It would be great if you have: Strong proficiency in Figma (advanced use of components, variables, modes, auto-layout, prototyping, interactive components, tokens, libraries). Proven experience building and maintaining web-focused design systems. Ability to design scalable, reusable components. Solid understanding of user-centered design and ability to translate business and user needs into intuitive, elegant solutions. Strong understanding of responsive web design. Deep knowledge of accessibility for the web. Fluent English language allowing effective work in multinational teams. Your daily work will be conducted in English. Ability to articulate design decisions and principles. Ability to organize your work well, you are self-driven. Experience in agile/scrum environment. Experience in designing eCommerce solutions is highly preferred and working with service platforms is a bonus. Experience in working in international environment and/or healthcare industry is a bonus.
