The work
Drive the technical future of our platform, contributing across infrastructure and frontend systems.
Collaborate directly with product, design, and analytics to define and build new features that solve critical user needs.
Develop internal tools that scale our ability to support more people efficiently.
Integrate and optimize the latest generative AI models to empower frontline workers.
Deeply explore LLM capabilities, identifying and implementing system-wide optimizations.
What You Bring
Proven experience across the full stack: infrastructure, backend, and frontend development in complex systems.
A strong product mindset: you prioritize customer outcomes and make data-informed decisions.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in cross-functional teams, driving features from ideation to launch.
An entrepreneurial, 'get-things-done' attitude, focused on pragmatic solutions.
Eligible to work remotely from the UK or EU.
