WHAT TEAM YOU’LL BE PART OF You'll join the Product team, a multidisciplinary team of product Managers, Analysts, and Designer led by Loïc, our CPO, with team members based in Paris and Barcelona. In short, the Product team is responsible for shaping and evolving our platform, working hand-in-hand with engineering, operational and sales teams, to translate business needs into product improvements and build a deep understanding of how the platform drives performance for Adikteev's clients. WHAT YOU’LL DO We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Barcelona office and drive the definition and execution of the product roadmap. If you have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for AdTech, this role is for you. Your responsibilities will include: Product Vision & Roadmap : Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for an engineering squad in alignment with company strategy and OKRs. Feature Design & Execution : Create specifications for product features, collaborate closely with the Engineering team to deliver them, and ensure they meet quality standards. User Documentation & Adoption : Build documentation and training materials to increase the adoption of new features among platform users. WHO YOU ARE You will be a great fit for the Product Management team at Adikteev if you: Have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on data-driven products or services (Adtech experience preferred). Possess strong analytical skills : Can query, process, and draw insights from data in various formats (dashboards, databases, log files, etc.). Excel in collective problem-solving : Ability to optimize business KPIs through ideation, design, and validation of solutions in a collaborative and iterative manner. Have excellent communication skills : Can articulate ideas clearly, both in writing and speaking, and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Fluent English is required. Are highly organized : Can prioritize key initiatives and manage time effectively to drive execution at a high level. Please note that, for legal reasons, candidates are required to hold citizenship of a EU member country and/or maintain legal residency in France in order to be considered for this position. COMPENSATION Competitive Salary between 75,000 and 85,000€ OTE We are committed to transparent compensation practices. The salary range shown reflects total On-Target Earnings (OTE), including base salary and a performance-based Quarterly bonus with transparent KPIs. Final compensation will be tailored to each candidate’s background, experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
