Senior Product Manager

About FinAgra FinAgra is an agrifintech company building the technology and operating infrastructure needed to scale commercial agriculture in emerging markets. We combine financing, agronomy, field operations and technology to make farming operations more productive, controlled and investable. Role Purpose We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of FinAgra’s AI-driven operations platform. The platform translates operational standards, farm data and real-world constraints into plans, daily actions and controlled workflows. It must continuously connect what was planned with what actually happened in the field and support clear, auditable decisions when reality changes. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working with complex operations, unclear processes and multiple stakeholders. You will work closely with field teams, operations, agronomy, procurement and engineering to define how processes should work before translating them into scalable software. The Senior Product Manager will report to the Head of Product and work closely with the VP R&D. Key Responsibilities Own product discovery, requirements, and delivery for core operational workflows. Map complex real-world processes and translate them into clear product logic, user journeys, and system requirements. Define workflows for planning, task execution, approvals, exceptions, replanning, and operational reporting. Work with domain experts to convert standards and business rules into structured product requirements. Define which decisions should be automated, which should use AI, and which require human review. Write clear product specifications, acceptance criteria, and process diagrams. Prioritise the roadmap based on operational impact, user needs, and technical constraints. Work closely with engineering throughout design, development, testing, and rollout. Spend time with field and operational users to understand how the product performs in practice. Measure adoption, process compliance, execution quality, and business outcomes. Ensure that new features simplify operations rather than digitising unnecessary complexity. Coordinate integrations and data flows between internal and third-party systems. Professional Experience Mandatory: Significant experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in a technology company. Experience building complex B2B, operational, or workflow-driven software. Strong ability to understand ambiguous processes and convert them into structured product requirements. Experience working closely with engineering teams on backend-heavy or data-intensive products. Experience with AI-enabled products, intelligent automation, or decision-support systems. Strong understanding of how to combine automation, business rules, and human-in-the-loop workflows Bonus Points: Workflow automation, logistics, supply chain, agricultural operations, or industrial software. Products used by distributed field teams. AI agents, LLM-based workflows, or AI product evaluation. Offline-first or low-connectivity products. Experience working across multiple countries and operational environments.
