Position Location - This role is available in Latam. Time Zone Requirements - This team operates on the East/West Coast time zones. How you’ll make an impact: Product Strategy: Develop and own the product strategy and vision, aligning with client's mission to provide fast and reliable residential deliveries. Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the development of innovative features and services throughout the product lifecycle. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities for innovation and improvement in last-mile delivery services. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Customer Focus: Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights, ensuring our products meet their needs and expectations. Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and inform decision-making. What we’re looking for: Minimum requirements: Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in product management, with a demonstrated background in managing product roadmaps, setting priorities, and successfully driving feature releases. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of the software development process, including experience with APIs, and the ability to understand and translate customer needs into business and technical requirements. Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and teams from diverse backgrounds. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
